A New Federal Threat to Property Rights
A new federal threat to the property rights of landowners, including and especially farmers and ranchers, is emerging. CAEPLA wrote about it.
Here is a grassroots take on the subject:
What is 30 x 30?
Known as ‘Target 1’ in Canada, it’s the latest green global land grab landowners need to prepare for
By Margaret Byfield for PIPELINE OBSERVER
The 30 x 30 program is a plan advanced by international radical environmental activists to permanently protect 30 per cent of the world’s land and ocean by 2030, in their natural state. Proponents argue climate impacts are human-caused, and permanently preserving 30 per cent of the world is necessary to reverse climate change.
This action must be taken immediately, they claim, to avoid impacts on the ecosystem and wildlife. However, the science and data do not justify these extreme policy measures.
